Pick up a paper application at the housing authority office, 1800 N. Blanchard St., Suite 114, Findlay, Ohio (it is not online), and turn it in there during business hours
Documents you'll need
- Veterans: a copy of the military discharge paper (DD214)
- Plus a marriage license for widows or widowers of service members
- Disabled applicants under 62: a Social Security Disability award letter (no application is accepted without it)
