All households must income qualify. No minimum income required for supportive units.
At least one household member must have proof of legal residence in the U.S.
Supportive housing (38 homes) serves Homeless or Chronically Homeless households and is leased via the Coordinated Entry System.

Valid picture ID for household members 18 or older
Birth certificates for all minors under 18
Social Security cards for all household members with legal status
Six most recent bank statements (all accounts)
Three most recent consecutive months of pay stubs or equivalent and two most recent years IRS tax returns
If self-employed
Two years IRS returns incl. Schedule C and client list
Supplemental Security Income or Social Security Administration/Disability benefit letter dated within 120 days prior to move-in
Pension and annuity statements: three most recent (all accounts)
Unemployment Insurance: most recent statement or letter showing current benefit
