Any household that meets the income rules.
Income rules
Maximum for 1 person: $30,150 in Fannin County, $31,700 in Grayson County; higher for larger households.

- At least one family member must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible immigrant.
- No family member has broken a rule that is a cause to deny help.

In person
Pick up an application at the Texoma Council of Governments office (1117 Gallagher Drive, Suite 200, Sherman) or at Texoma Housing Partners (810 W 16th Street, Bonham, or 326 W Duke Street, Howe). Applications are accepted 8-11 am and 1-4 pm only
Documents you'll need
- ID for everyone over 18
- Birth certificates for all minors
- Social Security cards for everyone in the household
- Proof of all household income
- Such as check stubs
- Award letters and proof of SNAP benefits
- Bank statements
- If 62 or older or disabled: proof of all medical expenses

- 2Or pick one up at the Texoma Housing Partners offices in Bonham or Howe.
- 3Office hours are 8 to 11 am and 1 to 4 pm only.
