• Each property sets its own limit. Clemens Manor and Watkins Glen School Apartments: head of household or spouse must be 62 or older.
• Knoxville Manor and Village Square: head of household or spouse must be 62 or older, or have a disability.
• Lake Street Apartments: every household member must be 62 or older.
• Yearly household income must be at or below the county limit for your household size.

These applicants move up the list.

• Village Square Apartments: eligible veterans and their surviving spouses get preference

• Social Security card for every household member (or a federal or state document showing name and Social Security number)
• Birth certificate for every household member (or a valid passport or similar official record)
• Four original
• Current
• Consecutive pay stubs dated within the last 60 days for each working adult
• Benefit letters (Social Security, SSI, pension, unemployment and similar) dated within the last 60 days
• Most recent statement for every savings
• Checking
• Certificate of deposit or retirement account
• Marriage certificate or adoption papers if the names on the Social Security card and birth certificate differ
• Custody agreement if children live with only one parent
• Student enrollment proof for students 18 or older
• And childcare or disability care costs if you claim them
